Nigella’s Poinsettia

Happy Christmas!!

1 bottle Prosecco
1/2 cup Cointreau
2 cups cranberry juice
8 strips orange zest

In a large pitcher, stir together the Prosecco, Cointreau and cranberry juice. Pour into 8 glasses and garnish with an orange zest.
